Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. After a 15-minute grace period, your appointment may be canceled.
While we strive to stay on schedule, there may be slight delays depending on previous services. Wait times will not exceed 30 minutes. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any delays when necessary.
